We would politely request that if you are unable to keep your appointment, you contact the spa 72 hours prior to your treatment. If you cancel your appointment in less than 72 hours, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the cost of the treatments booked and for non arrivals, the full cost of the treatments. Group bookings require 2 weeks' notice.
